Lion Strength Series
There is something inspiring about seeing a Lion.
Lions symbolize strength.
Lions symbolize leadership.
Lions symbolize efficiency.
Before I talk about where this is going, I must start at the beginning.
Web3
Over the past year, I have fully entrenched myself into web3.
If you are unfamiliar with the term, it is the next iteration of the internet.
Web1 is where we consumed information on the internet.
Web2 is where we interacted as well as consumed information on the internet.
Web3 is where we consume, interact, create and have ownership within the internet.
Web2 has given us the ability to interact, consume and create information and content that we can share with others around the world.
What we have given up is our ownership within the internet as big companies have access to our data and are able to use our information for their own benefit.
We are essentially renting services within the internet and have no ownership or control of our data. We have given up these rights to large companies like Apple, Facebook, Google among others.
Web3 is built on the blockchain.
The blockchain acts as a digital ledger that is immutable and uses cryptography.
Cryptocurrencies are used to transact on the blockchain for goods and services just as traditional fiat currencies allow us to transact in the physical world for goods and services.
Many goods and services that are being created on the blockchain are called NFTs (non-fungible tokens).
An NFT is any digital file that has been minted onto the blockchain.
The process of being minted means it’s the first time that token has been verified on the blockchain. Once its verified, it has unique properties and characteristics which make it non-fungible (different) than other tokens.
Once on the blockchain, the individual that minted the token has ownership of this file.
The file can be artwork, music, movies, pdf, books, or anything that you can think of that can be digitized!
Remember that the majority of what we consume is digital.
NFT’s have gained in popularity as digital collectibles but also as art work and profile pictures (pfp). The pfp has allowed individuals to create a digital identity or persona for themselves.
As the world becomes more and more digital, soon our digital identities will blend with our physical identities.
The most recognizable pfp project is probably Bored Ape Yacht Club.
Many celebrities have bought Bored Apes and used them as their digital identity.
Some NFT projects allow the holder to have intellectual property (IP) rights to their NFT, which means they can use it in anyway that they see fit.
Some have created stories and turned them into other NFT projects, others have used their IP of their BAYC and created a fast food restaurant. Others have used their IP for beer labels, marijuana products, toys, and just about anything else.
Being a little late to the game and not being able to afford a BAYC, I was able to get into other projects where I have been able to meet many other like minded people with shared passions and interests.
One of the biggest draws to NFT projects are the communities and connections that you can make. These can help both personally as well as professionally.
I’ve made many friendships with people around the world that I have been able to learn from and connect with.
Through some of these connections, I was fortunate to be gifted a Lazy Lion.
This lion embodies my love of sports, my passion, my focus and my will to succeed.
I am very grateful to Eric and Leslie Weitz for their friendship and giving nature.
They were able to get to know me, work with me and knew that this lion was me.
I’m forever grateful for their generosity and friendship.
Through the Lazy Lion community, I’ve been able to make countless connections and friendships with so many other Kings and Queens.
The community is strong, the passion is stronger and the drive to be successful is contagious by many in the community.
Blending Digital and IRL
I jumped into Web3 to help expand my reach and my ability to impact more individuals than I am currently able to.
I feel I have the skill set, passion and personality to be able to help so many others become the best version of themselves.
This can be through physical training, nutrition coaching or just simply life or business coaching.
As a coach, I take a great deal of pride in my ability to teach and educate.
I wanted to have a symbol of something digitally that represents me in the physical world as a teacher and leader.
My lion would become my digital identity.
Through some iterations within the Lazy Lion project, each person had the ability to make younger versions of their original Lion (OG) into a teenager as well as a cub.
I have used the IP of my Lion to create journals that are called Life’s Playbook.
These journals or notebooks can be used for any purpose but they are meant to help create clarity, focus and develop your inner strength to unleash your inner lion.
I mentioned earlier that lions symbolize, strength, leadership and efficiency.
I want to produce products that utilize my Lion to help everyone realize that they can develop their own strength, leadership and create efficiency in their own lives.
The journal was the first step.
The next step is the Lion Strength Series.
As I continue to work with individuals and realize where we are in our current state, it’s becoming more important that everyone realize that they can grow, improve and get stronger.
We have the ability to improve physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
We may not see it all the time and sometimes this POWER may have to be pulled out of us.
We ALL possess the power to grow and improve.
The Lion Strength Series will be digital training programs that can help each individual that purchases the program to improve their physical and mental fitness.
These are not workouts.
They are training programs.
Training programs have a purpose.
When you decide to invest in a program, you have a purpose to grow and improve.
The program results will only be as good as the energy and intent that is put into the program.
The process of growth and improvement is a process and training is no different.
The Lion Strength Series is broken into Cub, Teenager and OG Programs.
Cub programs are for beginners; those that have less than 2 years of training experience.
Teenager programs are intermediates and those 2-4 years of experience.
Finally, OG programs are for advanced individuals that have greater than 4 years of experience.
Programs will be added over time for varying levels.

Availability
The Lion Strength Series will be available for purchase in the store as a digital download.
I have also decided to sell them as NFT’s where the purchaser now has ownership of the program and can re-sell them when they no longer want it.

There is a learning curve when it comes to those that have never opened up a digital wallet, fund it but I can help you navigate these waters if you don’t feel comfortable and confident.
