Meta Athletes Athletic Hypertrophy Phase 1
This program is an advanced strength training program that utilizes a variety of equipment and rep schemes that is designed to be done at home.
The goal is to improve strength and hypertrophy through a 4 day training split of lower body and upper body focus.
The program is comprised of a number of different exercises to stimulate higher threshold motor units and then followed up with traditional strength movements in an effort to recruit the greatest amount of motor units and muscle fibers to stimulate muscle growth.
Muscle can only be added if adequate calories are being consumed. Conditioning work is used as recovery and not the primary goal of the program.
This program is comprised of 4 strength training days along with 2 days of cardiovascular training.
Daily flexibility training is also programmed.As with any training program, it is only as good as the effort and consistency it is done with.Focus on great technique, and working with pace.On your recovery day, use it wisely.Items you need:
