Lion Strength Series: 4 Week Lazy Hats Strength: Phase 2
This program is designed to improve your overall conditioning and general total body strength and was specially designed for the Lazy Hat subtrait group of the Lazy Lions.
The program in total is 12 Weeks long with each phase focusing on different loading and interval schemes.
Your overall work capacity should improve after undergoing this program. Look to increase loads gradually to increase max strength week to week.
We still want to improve our movement patterns, overall body awareness and feel through a variety of movements.
You should not only increase strength but notice body composition changes if your nutrition is dialed in.
