Lion Strength Series: 4 Week Galaxy Gang Strength: Phase 1
This program is designed to improve your overall conditioning and general total body strength and was specially designed for the Galaxy Gang subtrait group of the Lazy Lions.
The program in total is 12 Weeks long with each phase focusing on different loading and interval schemes.
Your overall work capacity should improve after undergoing this program. The goal of this program is to increase overall strength throughout the upper and lower body.
This is done by progressive overload and using a variety of movements.
Auxiliary exercises are programmed to help build up weak links within the kinetic chain.
