Cryptodads x MetaAthletes Free Weights Training Program
This program was a joint effort collaboration between MetaAthletes and the Cryptodads community.
This program is an introductory general fitness program that can be done by any healthy individual looking to train. This program utilizes exercises that require free weights in addition to bodyweight.
You should expect to improve your coordination, balance, and muscular endurance and general conditioning.
This program is comprised of 3 strength training days along with 2-3 days of cardiovascular training. Daily flexibility training is also programmed.
As with any training program, it is only as good as the effort and consistency it is done with.
Focus on great technique, and working with pace.On your recovery day, use it wisely.
