This program is an introductory general fitness program that can be done by any healthy individual looking to train that may can be done at home with dumbbells.

The emphasis is upon muscle hypertrophy with the volume prescribed. Choose loads that are challenging and look to use the highest loads that allow you to stay in the prescribed rep brackets with great technique.

This program is comprised of 2 different strength routines that are done in an alternating fashion over 3 days per week along with 2-3 days of cardiovascular training. Daily flexibility training is also programmed.

For example in Week 1, perform routine A on Monday, routine B on Wednesday and routine A on Friday. The following week will be B-A-B and continue to alternate for the following 2 weeks until 4 weeks are complete.As with any training program, it is only as good as the effort and consistency it is done with.Focus on great technique, and working with pace.On your recovery day, use it wisely.Items you need:
