Lion Strength Series: 4 Week GPP Phase 1
This program is an introductory general fitness program that can be done by any healthy individual looking to train that has 1-2 years of training experience.
The goals of the program are to prepare your connective tissue for future heavier loading in an effort to gain strength. You should expect to improve your muscular endurance, mobility and general conditioning.
