The NSCA will be hosting the Northeast Regional Conference virtually this year on December 12th. This is the second time that I’ve will speak at this conference. Heath Pierce does an outstanding job hosting this live and I have no doubt that the virtual experience will be fantastic.

I will be speaking about Fascia and giving the presentation that is available at CoachTube.com.

If you have never seen it or heard me talk about Fascia then this will be sure to open your eyes and give you another perspective when it comes to human movement and athletic development.
